The Fabric Patch, (a quaint store in the country) opened its doors 10 years ago. The desire of one day owning a long arm quilting machine and a husband that said, “Are you even going to get yourself a quilting machine?” And it has been all about quilting ever since.
Well we did not stop there! We became a Handi Quilter Retailer and over the years have been awarded the HQ WAY award for exceptional customer service. Along with Handi Quilter Longarm machines we also carry HQ Stitch sewing machines.
At the Fabric Patch we offer a wide variety of quilting services including machine set-up, educational support and technical service. We always have a certified Handi Quilter Technician on staff. (Which happens to be the encouraging husband.)
You will find a great selection of quilting notions, threads and a variety of quilting fabric in our store. Mike and I always enjoy participating in quilt shows and hosting educational events and workshops.
Machine rental is available for those that don’t have their own Handi Quilter – BUT when your encouraging husband says, “When are YOU going to get a quilting machine?” just take that short drive to the country, because that is where you will find THE FABRIC PATCH.
